I DO IT FOR HER!

I am a Power House. 

As early as birth, I remember royal roots and loving returns. Growing up as a child, I practiced Christianity for almost 25 years before leaving the tradition to heal myself from spiritual abuse and cultism. 

Then, once I began to study African Traditional Religions, I found myself in the same spiritually abusive circumstances. This is when I realized I was being spiritually prostituted: I was taught to reduce myself and my power because the concept of god I was given hated me and only wanted me to live in fear, shame and guilt.  This small, fearful living allowed others to benefit from the inherent consequences of my shame. I soon learned I needed to heal myself from these traumatizing experiences so I could be free. For 6 solid years, I focused my life on decolonizing my religion (spirit), then my mind and last my body I created a roadmap through hell for myself, mind-body-spirit- and want to support others on their journey through hell, too. 

I LOVE THIS WORK!

I am a very Sensual l Being. I didn't know sexuality and creativity are one in the same growing up. I was taught sexual shame and to repress my vitality which it robbed me of my pleasure. Pleasure is a powerful creative expression for me and most importantly: a part of my identify as a person. 

I share my story of triumph over hell with pride.  I was NEVER supposed to make it out of that type of mental & sexual oppression and I was NEVER supposed to love myself deeply and set myself free. I was supposed to continue to allow abusive people and traditions to siphon and channel my power into their greed and abandon my own needs of my heart.

I MADE IT ANYHOW.

Through the power of awareness and somatic embodiment, I strategized a plan out of that hell and followed my intuition through the darkest days of my life. I let everything I created from fear, shame and guilt-- be it relationships, ideas, behaviors or beliefs-- die so that I could rebirth something strong and authentic to me as a whole human-being.

I live an innate life, now. 

The shame I once held in my body stiff has been liberated into powerful, consensual, conscious expression. I stopped allowing my sacred sexuality to be prostituted for men and religious indoctrination and channeled that power into creating the life of my D.R.E.A.M.S.!  

I am Fully Embodied & Whole. 

My healing weapon of choice is Tantra: the practice of mind-body-spirit connection. 

Spiritual abuse had completely shut down my body's truth: I was too scared to allow my pleasure to show through me! I was afraid that hell would be the end result.  

The heaviness of shame was too much to bare. I decided to face my biggest fear: I CHOSE HELL and demanded to make heaven out of it. 

 Erotic Movement and Dance became the pen to rewrite a new narrative. 

I am a firm believer in Newton's 3rd Law and I used the power of untamed, unabashed wildness to heal the deep wounds of creative repression.   Healing the mind allows us to begin to release fear, shame and guilt from the body through authentic embodiment. I live an orgasmic life through the pathway of Grace and Mercy. My body enthusiastically consents to the Erotic and I teach others how to tap into their body's consensual movements through coaching and guidance.
